I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. I originally came here because I wanted a thorough preventive inspection on my truck. As a newer owner-operator, my goal was simply to identify any potential issues before they became expensive roadside breakdowns. During a previous visit, I purchased eight drive tires after being told the brand I was buying was American-made. Later, I learned that wasn't the case, which left me feeling misled. During this inspection, I was told my slack adjuster was not attached and was "just hanging." I was also told it needed new parts, and that is why the total for the inspection and repair came to $1,100. When I explained that I couldn't afford that amount, the price was lowered to $800. What confused me was that after I made it clear I wasn't willing to pay that much, I was then told they were able to put the slack adjuster back together instead of replacing it as originally recommended. In the end, I paid $580 for the inspection and the so called repair. That sequence of events left me questioning whether all of the originally recommended parts or repair were actually necessary and whether the initial estimate was fair. I was also told my

I've been dealing with these TWO PROFESSIONAL SHOPS (Grand Prairie & Wilmer, Texas), for some years now and they know EVERYTHING from ENGINES to TRANSMISSIONS (manual & auto), & DEF/DPF service. Sometimes it can get a bit "PRICEY" (depending on the work involved), but they have ALWAYS been FAIR and they NEVER did me wrong!!! They have a HUGE customer base, so SOMETIMES you have to have PATIENCE, but ALL of the TECHS and SERVICE WRITERS are VERY VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and CHEERFUL!!! May God Jehovah Yahweh continue to BLESS their business to be ABUNDANTLY PROFITABLE!!! 😇🙏❤️

Great shop with a very friendly and professional team. They really know diesel engines and trucks, and they diagnose issues quickly and accurately. Pricing is clear, and the work is clean and efficient. Their oil change service is fast and convenient, in and out without long wait times.
